Half-order Analytical Modelling of Ferromagnetic Sheet. Validation with Finite Element Simulation

چکیده
This paper presents a half-order modelling approach applied to a saturated ferromagnetic sheet. Several analytical models are then developed and compared for 1D formulation. In order to identify parameters and valid such models, the saturated ferromagnetic sheet has been simulated using Flux® finite element simulation software.

Prediction of forming limit curves (FLD, MSFLD and FLSD) and necking time for SS304L sheet using finite element method and ductile fracture criteria
Forming limit curves are used as a parameter in finite element analysis to control the material's level of formability. In this research, forming limit diagram (FLD) of SS304L sheet was obtained by ABAQUSfinite element software. In practice, the experimental determination of a forming limit curve is a very time-consuming procedure which requires special and expensive equipment. Forming limit di...
متن کاملNumerical and Experimental Investigations on Springback of U-bending of DP600 Steel Alloy Sheet
The most prominent feature of sheet material forming process is an elastic recovery phenomenon during unloading which leads to springback and side wall curl. Therefore evaluation of springback and side wall curl is mandatory for production of precise products. In this paper, the effects of some parameters such as friction coefficient, sheet thickness, yield strength of sheet and blank-holder fo...
متن کاملVibration Analysis of Circular Single-Layer Graphene Sheet Using Finite Element Method
Graphene sheets are combined of Honeycombs lattice carbon-carbon bonds which have high natural frequencies, high strength, and high conductivity. Due to important applications of the graphene sheets particularly at higher frequencies, the study of their dynamic behavior is important in this frequency range. From Molecular Dynamics (MD) point of view as the dimensions of graphene sheet incline, ...
متن کاملAnalytical and Numerical Investigation of Second Grade Magnetohydrodynamics Flow over a Permeable Stretching Sheet
In this paper, the steady laminar boundary layer flow of non-Newtonian second grade conducting fluid past a permeable stretching sheet, under the influence of a uniform magnetic field is studied. Three different methods are applied for solving the problem; numerical Finite Element Method (FEM), analytical Collocation Method (CM) and 4th order Runge-Kutta numerical method. The FlexPDE software p...
